Job Description
● Create, develop, and maintain software-based systems, methods, services, and tools in the organization.
● Create, develop and maintain Layer 1 (online) reports at the request of users and units and to provide continuous improvement of information.
● Participate in maintaining the company's database.
● Support, analyze, and review organizational software problems to take preventive measures and solve them quickly.
● Participate in the standardization of internal processes of the software team and provide the opinion of auditors in this field.
● Partnership and constructive interaction with internal and external development teams and operating systems specialists.
● Participate in educational needs assessment and training of software users.
