Job Description

• Determine system performance standards. • Coordinate preventive maintenance for equipment. • Manages software installations according to user requests. • Maintains and checks licenses of software that need license. • Diagnoses and resolves technical IT hardware and software issues • Answer user inquiries regarding computer software operation to resolve problems. • Oversee the daily performance of computer systems and backup jobs. • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities. • Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades.
