Job Description

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications. • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code. • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. • Respond to user inquiries regarding software issues. • Stay current with software features, changes and updates. • Writing technical documents to make applications maintainable. • To ensure optimism of the entire section operation, at all times, during duty hours. • To liaise with other related departments at section level to ensure their needs are fully met. To set and adjust daily program as necessary to achieve this object. To effectively communicate with other departments as required. • To ensure Coordination & Cooperation (by holding regular meeting) between sections within department for better performance. • To ensure efficient utilization of manpower. • To ensure cost effectiveness of the Section and support availability. • To improve service performance and reduce downtime and man-hour wastage. • To devise, implement and maintain the desired quality level. • To calculate service efficiencies, and continually look for ways to improve. • To ensure defined quality standards are met at all times. • To carry out corrective measure in the event of non-adherence. • To suggest quality improvements. • To assess training needs, highlight capable staff, and organize training program to suit. • To determine and implement Training Requirements of his section. • Assist and advise in the launch of new service. • To oversee and control all aspects of the section's day-to-day operation in software development team. • To meet and maintain the requirements of ITSM. • Developing and maintaining .Net windows applications. • Debugging and supporting previous C#.net programs. • Developing and debugging current PL/SQL codes. • Using appropriate architecture applications like with C#.Net and SOA architecture in which WCF services and Oracle database were used.

Requirements

Requirements: • Related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology • Min. 5 years’ direct experience, in IT Service Management as a supervisory staff, handling day-to-day service and support • ITIL Foundation and relevant advanced certifications • Using ORM or writing direct PL/SQL are used for interacting with Database.
