Job Description
•Main Objective: Iran Argham is looking for a software Deputy who provides technical leadership and direction in Software department •Main responsibilities: -Lead, coach and develop the software team; creating culture of innovation, collaboration and continual improvement -Analyzing, designing and delivering solutions in the field of software -Consult with business requirements managers and systems analysts for clarification of needs -Provide clear documentation and leadership for achieving technical direction and goals -Contribute to technology vision and strategy -Provide technical support to resolve reported software problems for both the existing software systems as well as the newly developed systems to ensure optimal performance -Ensure the correctness of the software-related function -Participation in the formulation of software strategy -Reporting to: CEO.
Requirements
-At least Bachelor degree in IT / Computer Engineering or related fields from top universities -At least 12 year experience in the same position with 7 years of managerial experience -Technical knowledge of software and banking systems -Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines -Ability to partner effectively with clients, team members, and user community -Skills of Planning & Time Management -Strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent written, verbal and presentation skills -Excellent time management skills -Strong Leadership Skills -Team-Oriented -Ideal Age Range: Minimum 30 -Advanced in English Language
