Job Description

● Manage social media team members (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Aparat, Twitter, and LinkedIn) and connect with other teams. ● Proper interaction and receiving reports from the CS team as one of the custodians of response to comments/direct on social networks. ● Supervise the definition and proper implementation of the task of social media forces in Terlo/Asana. ● Create and implement a dynamic content strategy in different social media channels according to business needs. ● Generate and monitor the implementation of the weekly calendar of each active account. ● Generate creative content tailored to the characteristics of each channel. ● Create growth and increase interaction in social networks based on KPI. ● Monitor social networks and reacting appropriately to orientations. ● Design, implement and measure the results of creative campaigns on social media. ● Investigate and analyze competitors by different channels in social media. ● Budget management for the production and dissemination of content on social media. ● Plan for creative campaigns. ● Content creating from ideation to execution.

Requirements

● At least 4 years of related working experience. ● Strategic thinker and problem solver with a competitive spirit and passion for results. ● Hands-on experience with social analytics tools. ● Demonstrated ability to drive growth and engagement on these social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. ● A strong marketing point of view for what resonates and an endless passion for the customer. ● Data-driven marketer with a solid understanding of key social media metrics and experience measuring, analyzing, and optimizing performance. ● Confident platform specialist who is well versed in current, relevant, and industry innovations – the latest and greatest.
