Job Description
We are looking for a Seller Social Media Specialist to join our Seller Marketing team. In this role, you should be able to attract and engage with targeted virtual communities and network users. You will provide assistance to develop and implement our social media strategies. You will also help us build our online presence and enhance our growth, advertising, and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
● Manage and execute our social media campaigns through audience identification, bench-marking, competitive research, and platform determination.
● Develop, edit, publish and share content, for example, unique textual content, pictures or video on a regular basis.
● Build the visibility of our company’s social content with page optimization techniques on all social media.
● Direct all user-generated content in accordance with the balanced approach for each network.
● Create editorial calendars and syndication plans.
● Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
● Improve the efforts by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social metrics.
● Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
● Collaborate with other inside departments and creative agencies to manage reputation, recognize key players, and coordinate actions.
