Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and passionate Social Media Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team. Responsibilities: • Create, manage, and execute Filimo social media strategy and social media content calendar • Actively manage and build community across all of Filimo’s social media platforms including, Telegram, Instagram, and schedule creative and compelling content that elevates the Filimo brand focused on resonating with our key audiences, and community • Proactively monitor external social media channels on industry news, hot topics/content recommendations, potential crisis management situations, and opportunities to comment and connect with key influencers • Assist Marketing Team members by developing and executing social media campaigns to support larger initiatives and programs, while providing guidance and expertise on approach, channels, and success metrics • Provide weekly and monthly reporting, as well as campaign/program-specific metrics, to demonstrate social media traction, growth, and effectiveness • Stay up-to-date on ever-evolving social media platforms and trends, • Assist with other tasks as assigned

Requirements
