Job Description
Objective of the role:
Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, setting up, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy, Email and SMS marketing in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
List of responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Negotiation and cooperation with Social Media platforms
- Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as press releases and podcasts, infographics, videos etc.
- Design digital media campaigns according to business goals
- Manage business Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter accounts through a Social Media Management Platform
- Regularly manage and send marketing campaigns and offers to B2C and B2B Email ans mobile number lists
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies
- Provide constructive feedback
Reporting to: Director of Sales and Marketing
Length of Probation Period: 1 month
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9 to 17 - Thursdays 9 to 13
