Job Description

Objective of the role: Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, setting up, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales. List of responsibilities: • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy • Define most important social media KPIs • Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as press releases and podcasts, infographics, videos etc. • Design digital media campaigns according to business goals • Manage business Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter accounts through a Social Media Management Platform • Measure the success of every social media campaign • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies • Use social media marketing tools • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network • Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies • Provide constructive feedback Reporting to: Marketing Manager Length of Probation Period: 1 month

Requirements

• BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media, Graphics or relevant fields • 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role • 2 years of experience managing self-serve social media advertising campaigns (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter etc. all). • Experience creating marketing collateral • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research • Experience with Social Media Analytics tools like Iconosquare or Snaplytics • Experience with Influencer Marketing • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Team player • Good time-management skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft Publisher • Must have outstanding written and verbal communications skills • Must be proactive and able to start and finish projects • Ability to analyze & report on conversion rates, click-through rates, frequency, bounce rates and other common digital media KPI’s. • Additional qualification in web design and media editing software like Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and Audacity is a plus
