Job Description

We are looking for a social media manager who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. As a social media manager, you'll need to: ● Plan, implement, and monitor the company's overall social media strategy. ● Lead all social media activities to drive follower acquisition, engagement, and sentiment growth. ● Create content with a purpose that may directly engage customers while following brand guidelines. ● Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operation teams and create clear calls of action that convert engagement into sales. ● Set proper KPI and analyze the performance of activities to optimize Social media campaigns. ● Schedule performance reporting. ● Design and run social media campaigns. ● Create and implement a dynamic content strategy and content calendar. ● Communicate insights gained from social media monitoring to related divisions. ● Research best practices for marketing initiatives and promotions.

Requirements

● More than three years of experience in social media management. ● Familiar with the social media industry, vendors, services, and influencers. ● Familiar with best practices of content strategy and latest trends. ● Reporting, administration, communication, and negotiation skills. ● Being creative, multi-task, team worker, flexible, and able to work under pressure. ● Experience in advertising through social media and knows highly-effective strategies and channels. ● Familiar with social media tools. ● Data analysis skills and statistical prowess to draw actionable insights.
