Social Media Manager

Job Description

This role is within a very exciting, upcoming cosmetics brand, based in Tehran. With Pippa of London’s target audience, social media forms a big part of the marketing strategy. This role will define and own the social media strategy, whilst maximising brand engagement, as well as using it as a commercial tool to support sales growth. You will be responsible for working alongside key members of the brand team and regional distributors to be innovative with our social media platforms to lead the way and giving us a point of difference to our competitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer relations as it relates to identifying influencers, building relationships and developing programming/content globally. About the Role: • Define the social media strategy across all channels • Work closely with the Brand and Content teams to incorporate creative social media solutions into overall brand campaigns. • Agree, report and pull together KPI’s for social media across the group, ensure that performance is reviewed and optimised. • Define and execute influencer marketing strategy to encourage advocacy and support key launches • Define user journeys on our social channels and ensure we apply best practices. • Ownership of social tools and listening platforms for the group. • Key contact for influencer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner. • Lead all social influencer programs including long-term relationships and seasonal activation. • Empower and partner with regions and affiliates to engage with influencers and deliver timely and relevant high-impact content • Assist in development, research and planning of PR campaigns • Attend influencer events both domestically and internationally. • MUST have a good command of English as collaboration is required with head office in the UK.


• Demonstrate pre-existing relationships with influencers and experience in digital platforms, content development, PR, social media, editorial and consumer marketing • A broad understanding of all disciplines within marketing with proven skills in social media. • Strong communicator at all levels • 2-3 years of beauty PR or talent relations experience preferred • Forward and Creative thinker • Innovative and ideas generative • Strong presentation skills • Strong grasp of English preferred but not essential Skills • Web Technologies • Sales Growth • User Journeys • Marketing Strategy • Influencer Marketing • Media Strategy • Presentation Skills • Social Media Marketing • Campaigns
