Job Description

• Creating and publishing daily contents (text, images, video) to build meaningful connections and engagement for each specific network. (Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) • Research, monitoring and reporting current social media trends and adapting it to the social media channels. • Create an organized content calendar • Design, implement and analyze advertising campaigns on social networks • Interacting continuously with the audience, reviewing the issues raised and tracking them • Prepare marketing and promotional material for social media posts, emails, company news articles and press releases • Setting goals for social media, including growth, reach, engagement, lead & conversion and monitoring progress • Preparing routine and occasional performance (ROI & KPIs) reports of digital activities • Running successful social media campaigns to attract potential users • Communicate with customers on social media • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy • Define most important social media KPIs • Design digital media campaigns according to business goals • Manage business Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter accounts through a Social Media Management Platform • Measure the success of every social media campaign • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies • Use social media marketing tools • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization • Communicate with industry professionals and influences via social media to create a strong network • Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies • Provide constructive feedback

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role • “Moderate” experience in using photo and video editing software to produce content • Decent level of writing skills to produce text contents • Strategic and Analytical mindset • Knowledge in social media marketing • Experience and strong understanding of organic search optimization and related strategies • Experience in producing, writing and editing multiple communications deliverable such as news and event • Content marketing Expert • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, trends,..) • Highly skilled at social networks field • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices • Great interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent multitasking skills - Highly creative
