This role is within a very exciting, Retail brand, based in Tehran. With International target audience, social media forms a big part of the marketing strategy. This role will define and own the social media strategy, whilst maximizing brand engagement, as well as using it as a commercial tool to support sales growth. You will be responsible for working alongside key members of the brand team and regional distributors to be innovative with our social media platforms to lead the way and giving us a point of difference to our competitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer relations as it relates to identifying influencers, building relationships and developing programming/content globally. About the Role: • Define and operate the social media strategy across all channels -Manage and oversee social media content -Developing content for social media -Schedule daily social media posts across all platforms -Working knowledge of Photoshop or other photo editing software • Agree, report and pull together KPI’s for social media across the group, ensure that performance is reviewed and optimized. • Define and execute influencer marketing strategy to encourage advocacy and support key launches • Define user journeys on our social channels and ensure we apply best practices. • Ownership of social tools and listening platforms for the group. • Key contact for influencer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. • Lead all social influencer programs including long-term relationships and seasonal activation. • Empower and partner with regions and affiliates to engage with influencers and deliver timely and relevant high-impact content • MUST have a good command of English.

Requirements

Knowledge and ability in: Content Management. Demonstrate pre-existing relationships with influencers and experience in digital platforms, content development, PR, social media, editorial and consumer marketing • A broad understanding of all disciplines within marketing with proven skills in social media. • Strong communicator at all levels • Forward and Creative thinker • Innovative and ideas generative • Strong presentation skills • Sales Growth • User Journeys • Marketing Strategy • Influencer Marketing • Media Strategy • Presentation Skills • Social Media Marketing • Holding the Campaigns
