Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media and PR Specialist who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. This role is designed to keep us focused on the activity that really makes a difference, turning insight into great PR and social media activities that deliver results. Insightful and resourceful you will proactively build and maintain excellent relationships with the media and online influencers. Responsibilities: ● Plan, implement, and monitor the company's overall social media strategy. ● Lead all social media activities to drive follower acquisition, engagement, and sentiment growth. ● Create content with a purpose that may directly engage customers while following brand guidelines. ● Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operation teams and create clear calls of action that convert engagement into sales. ● Report KPIs and analyze the performance of activities to optimize social media campaigns. ● Schedule performance reporting. ● Design and run social media campaigns. ● Create and implement a dynamic social media content strategy and content calendar. ● Regularly communicate insights gained from social media monitoring to related divisions. ● Research best practices for marketing initiatives and promotions. ● Act as a reliable and responsive point of contact for the Cunard press office (both reactive and proactive). ● Support on crises and issues playing an active role in an emergency response situation including supporting reactive statements and effectively managing media inquiries. ● Issue and/or write and gain approval for news releases/ photo captions/ feature material/ social media posts and proactive story ideas in a timely manner as required. ● Build excellent relationships with all media, bloggers, and influencers. Requirements

● More than three years of experience in social media management. ● Familiar with the social media industry, vendors, services, and influencers. ● Familiar with best practices of content strategy and latest trends. ● Extensive experience of delivering high profile PR and social media campaigns with a background working either in a social media agency or an in-house PR and social media team. ● Experience in identifying and implementing ideas that deliver results. ● Experience in contributing to cross functional projects and campaigns. ● Experience in planning, developing and delivering PR and social media campaigns. ● Reporting, administration, communication, and negotiation skills. ● Creative, multi-task, team worker, flexible, and able to work under pressure. ● Experience in advertising through social media and knows high-effective strategies and channels. ● Familiar with social media tools. ● Data analysis skills and statistical prowess to draw actionable insights.
