Job Description
-Provide general oversight and insuring that the project construction activities and project engineering are in conformance with the project specifications and the project quality plan
-Observe and provide required materials for the project
-Responsible for quality control of executive operations and safety
-Arrange the workshop implementation plan according to the project schedule
-Participate in controlling the number of items purchased and its relevance to the needs of the project
-Control physical and financial progress of the project
-Determine competence of contractors in terms of manpower, working hours and executive obligations
-Prepare daily reports of physical progress
-Responsible for the physical protection of the workshop and property
-Anticipate materials required for the project and control of consumption
-Estimate project construction costs and its compliance with current costs
