Job Description
-Managing all technical, executive, and contractual project activities -Performing project-related negotiations and correspondence -Managing and supervising staff performance -Participation in technical meetings -Preparing and presenting managerial reports to company managers * Projects in Armenia: Construction of border crossing bridge between Armenia and Georgia - Rehabilitation and reconstruction of canals and irrigation systems – Landfill construction * Armenia: For each period of 45 days of work in Armenia/Georgia, there are 11 days of vacation in Iran.
Requirements
-At least 8 years of relevant work experience in similar construction projects and contractor companies (Candidates who have experience in construction of prestressed bridges and/or bridges over rivers are preferred) -Military Service Status: Done or permanent exemption -Master’s degree in Civil engineering -Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office and related civil engineering software -Expert in negotiation and effective verbal techniques -Skilled in communicating with all project related parties including the sub-contractors, the Engineer’s staff, HSE experts, and the safety officers of the employer -Skilled in all executive and technical aspects of civil engineering projects -Relative skillfulness in contractual and legal affairs -Expert in environmental and safety codes and contracts under FIDIC regulations -Skilled in preparing technical and executive reports of construction projects -English fluency, candidates possessing Russian/Armenian/Georgian proficiency are preferred -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 45 years
