Job Description
- Design and execute shopper marketing projects aligned with each brand's strategies.
- Manage TM budgets in alignment with the marketing and TM budgeting team.
- Initiate and execute market research, analyze data, and take action accordingly.
- Design and implement promotion with clear KPIs and track its efficiency afterward.
- Scan channels for opportunities to engage shoppers ahead of the competition.
- Provide team facilities and required equipment (uniforms, brandings, etc.).
- Manage POSM vendors – negotiation to execution.
Requirements
- Upper intermediate level of English (speaking and writing).
- Good level of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Eager to learn.
- Hard worker.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong prioritization skills.
