Job Description

-Filling rate in System -Do corresponding with Pricing desk/different agents./exp.dept/imp.dept/dox.dept./ops dept./customer/respective sales persons -Taking care of bookings of nominated sales persons -Monitoring booking procedures and rectify probable issues from container pick up date till cargo departure date and invoices issuance. -Keep in close contact with booking parties on daily basis -To be in close contact with nominated sales persons to fulfill their biz requirements in sake of providing the best possible services to customers -Checking Inventory/DBR reports to notify customers to pick up empty boxes or submit export dox. On time ;on daily basis -Providing required reports from EBMS as per manager requirement -Checking Sales Persons performance on monthly basis to confirm their loading list for management -To solve whatsoever problem on booking / container releasing / loading/invoicing/demurral discounts… for every single booking under line regulations or ask respective department to do so -In one sentence; a sales coordinator is focal point of company and customer; after sales person is finalized rate level and biz terms through trade desk. -All captioned activities should be under supervision of respective sales person and to be reported to Commercial Manager.

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years direct job experience in Shipping Field - Good command in English - Passed Shipping Courses would be useful - B.A degree would be sufficient. - Minimum computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills. - Ideal Age Range: 24 – 34
