Job Description

● Manage and monitor and perform problem rectification with SharePoint 2016 and O365 farms. ● Assist with identification and clarifying solution requirements. ● Translate conceptual, logical, and physical solutions into a work package. ● Develop estimates on required effort for work package deliverables. ● Undertake SharePoint site configuration and customization in line with work package deliverables. ● Manage the operations of the SharePoint 2016/O365 platform including installations, configuration, health assessments, and monitoring. ● Work with key infrastructure personnel to continuously improve the availability and health of the SharePoint 2016/O365 platform. ● Provide mentoring and advice to the project team relating to SharePoint applications and Infrastructure as well as the O365 platform. ● Provide level 2/3 SharePoint and M365 support to the business and other support personnel. ● Configure and maintain Search for optimal performance. ● Assist in the design, planning, and execution of SharePoint system design changes, updates, and other initiatives.
