Job Description

-Create and implement new policies, procedures, programs and services in order to continuously improve the service provided by hospitality -Analysis customer needs, design new services in the travel and tourism services to continuously improve processes -Supervision and control on the preparation of services in according with services designed -Discover and understand new ideas, opportunities and market needs for their transformation into new services and products

Requirements

-5 years’ experience in hotel industry and marketing -Familiar with the passenger rail transport industry area -Familiar with principle of customer orientation, customer experience management, Customer Travel Plan and Marketing Services -Ability to analysis customer needs and assessment /evaluation of new idea and make of change in present of service -Mastery the design and present new service in the travel area and tourism services, hospitality, food and beverage according to integrated sales and advertising company programs -Priority recruitment with master & PHD of hotel management -High creativity, result orientation, good communication, executive, job application -Fluent in English and Office software -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 45
