Job Description
● Follow operational end-to-end action to erase the network problem. ● Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdown or failure. ● Fix the problem in case of an outage, and define an action plan to avoid the same problem in the future. ● Detect all elements related issues regarding all CM and PM needs to be performed. ● Provide the preventive maintenance report and highlight in case of deviations. ● Receive Work Order/CR, check and confirm if any problem can be issued during the execution, inform the management in case of issues. ● Respect the agreed SLA for WO/CR execution, and inform the front office shift of any delay regarding previously agreed timeline execution. ● Report and address immediately any deviations and anomalies, and ensure to send maintenance intervention report after each intervention. ● Ensure all the information regarding the trouble (Alarms, Customer complaints) is completed in the system (Trouble Ticket /Network Database). ● Ensure the stock database is always updated. ● Update the network database for each action done in the network. ● Produce monthly reports on all HW outages and provide root cause analysis.
Requirements
● Complete understanding and hands-on experience on the Server and Storage Systems in Data Center and related Tools. ● Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. ● Field maintenance activity management. ● Communication skills. ● Rigor and organization. ● Teamwork. ● Working under pressure ● Minimum of 2 years of working experience in relevant technical fields. ● At least a bachelor's degree in related majors such as Computer, IT, and Electrical Engineering, etc. ● Pre-Intermediate English. ● Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.). ● Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and Customer requests. ● Full-time availability (24/7) to support after office hours and be able to relocate within the country. ● Full mastery of the ILO console and configuration of HP servers. ● Full control over IRMC console and Fujitsu server configuration. ● Familiarity with HMM and IBMC consoles and configuration of Huawei servers. ● Familiarity with XSCF console and SC oracle servers. ● Familiarity with LAN and SAN and the basic concepts of storage systems. ● Familiarity with the concepts of Power, Cooling, and Cabling in data centers. ● Familiarity with the concepts of storage systems and replacement of defective disks. ● Familiarity with the basic concepts of the Linux operating system.
