Job Description
Pouya Housh is looking for a results-driven and technically proficient SEO manager to lead our SEO initiatives and grow our organic presence. As the SEO manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic SEO plans, overseeing all aspects of technical, on-page, and off-page optimization, and collaborating with the content and product, and tech departments to enhance both user experience and search engine visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Manage and mentor the SEO team, ensuring skill development and consistent performance.
- Oversee technical SEO, including site structure, page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, structured data, and crawlability.
- Monitor and fix crawl errors, implement schema markup, and ensure optimal indexation.
- Lead and manage link-building campaigns and digital PR activities to build domain authority.
- Analyze traffic trends, keyword performance, and conversion behavior to optimize SEO effectiveness.
- Work closely with product and tech departments to align SEO with broader business goals.
- Track and report key performance metrics such as keyword rankings, conversion rates, and CAC.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Proven track record of leading SEO teams and improving organic rankings.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO concepts, including Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization, structured data, and responsive design.
- Experience with WordPress optimization and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and data-driven thinking, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and tech teams.
- Familiarity with the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
- Experience in real estate, furnished rentals, or similar industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL, Looker Studio, or Power BI for advanced SEO reporting.
