Job Description

-Analyzing usage data and traffic patterns for current products -Performing user testing with the current products in question -Creating and implementing surveys for direct customer feedback -Creating storyboards to reflect a typical customer -Conducting A/B tests to measure customer response -Reviewing competitors’ products for additional insights -Creating wire-frames to guide developers and visual designers -Prototyping products for user testing

Requirements

• Two or more years of user experience design experience for software, Web applications , consumer electronics and mobile devices and proven track record. • Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability and drawing skills. • Hands-on experience creating wire-frames, storyboards, user flows, etc. • Understanding of common software development practices. • Experience of working in an agile/scrum development process. • Strong working knowledge of prototyping and related design tools.
