Job Description
-As the UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for design, look and feel of our Web and Mobile applications taking advantage of modern frameworks and tools -You will be writing user stories and turn them into prototypes and build our design book along the way -Designs should be simple, unique to the brand or business it represents and provide great user experiences -Designs should consider the vast majority of users who work with these applications at enterprise level -You will be collaborating with other team members during technical and BAU meetings -All your communications will be in English and you will report directly to Product Owners while maintaining a direct report to our CPO
Requirements
-University Qualifications: Not Important -At least 5 years of related experience Specialist knowledge: UI & UX Knowledge, Figma, Wirefirm -Good Team Work -Ability to pick up work in a fast paced environment with a willingness to learn -In-depth knowledge of site design, UX & UI with a strong portfolio -Ability to respond to complicated briefs from stakeholders, make decisions and communicate an appropriate response/strategy -Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment -Experience creating storyboards, user journeys and site mapping -Ability to be a confident and flexible designer. Your sweet spot is the intersection of design and social impact -Agile mindset; you can both nurture a cohesive product vision and finesse visual designs at a vector or pixel level -Ability to relate to individuals and nurture other team members -Extensive experience with a variety of graphic design and interactive tools such as Illustrator, Figma, and Photoshop
