Job Description

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, and prototypes • Establish and promote design guidelines, standards, and best practices • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to Engineering • Lead organizational UI for all digital products through the management of design systems • Communicate interaction and design ideas • Advocate for user-friendly, intuitive user experiences • Take a human-centered design approach in collaboration with users and stakeholders • Assist with user research and evaluation of user feedback

Requirements

• Demonstrable UI design skills with a robust portfolio • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch,Adobe Xd &/or other design and wireframing tools • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction • Effective communication skills, including receiving and providing constructive criticism • Familiarity with human-centered design and design thinking techniques • Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies • 3+ years of work experience in User Interaction Design, HCI, or relevant field • Basic level understanding of HTML & CSS and how designs will be implemented by engineers
