Job Description

Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, delivering and assessing trainings to address the business needs. The main roles and responsibilities include: - Analyze Training needs for individuals based on competency gaps and business needs - Develop, maintain and distribute training materials - Develop training curricula for technical, behavioral and general courses - implement and supervise Training module in HR ERP system (IFS) - Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of training courses - Day to day cooperation with business unit training focal persons and facilitating trading issues - Conduct training assessments and analyze the effectiveness of training - Design, develop and analyze various training methods to meet business needs - Analyze and integrate performance management outputs with training needs - conduct employees' competency gap analysis - Develop training vendor list and set an evaluation system - Develop integrated training dashboard and generate planned and Reports - prepare training optional proposals for new drive business areas

Requirements

- Master's degree in Management or MBA with focus on HR from credible universities - Minimum 5 years of experience in a training and development position - Fluent in English - In depth knowledge of training process - Familiar with performance management and competency concepts - Familiar with ERP systems
