Job Description

We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Technical Manager with expertise in leading the technical design and development of our products. You will have the opportunity to remain in a hands-on engineering role, integrating with multiple core system, while also providing functional, technical, and/or process leadership and mentoring Identity Engineers on complex and high priority technology projects. Responsibilities: • Own the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. • Work closely with the Head of IT products and the associate Product Managers and Technical teams to lead the technical aspects of different products • Work with business partners, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of systems, and determine priority of needs. • Ensure adherence to defined development life cycle, good software design practices, and Architecture strategy and intent • Collaborate with performing teams to deliver new capabilities in business applications and/or re mediate issues. • Enforce company policies in areas of development methodology, architecture, security, change and configuration management, compliance, and HR. • Analyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment • Analyze and estimate feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility with hardware and other programs. • Coordinate coding, testing, implementation and documentation of solutions • Responsible for key system design and integration decisions; and for communicating decisions to individuals implementing the system. • Conduct incident resolution, triage, and performance testing of applications supported. • Understand the company’s technology at a deep level and can interact with the development team • Lead and mentor Tech Developers • Ability to translate technical roll-outs and features to non-technical audiences. • Manage tight deadlines. • Monitor and analyze market trends • Study competitors’ services and products • Explore new ways of improving existing services and products • Provide product training and technical expertise • Identify and present innovative technical solutions • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams

Requirements

- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Math, or equivalent degree. - At least 3 years of experience in relevant area of specialization. - Full professional proficiency in English - Proven technical, analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively - Ability to easily multi-task and maintain focus on set priorities - Professional efficiency in Arabic is an advantage
