Responsibilities: ● Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. ● Build networks, and create contacts in the industry to find qualified passive candidates. ● Develop with hiring managers a recruiting strategy for each position. ● Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, determine the effectiveness of recruiting results, and source new candidates. ● Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. ● Provide thought leadership and consulting in the areas of organizational design, change management strategies, employee engagement, and leadership formation. ● Partner closely with line talent management, HR, and business leaders to identify organizational effectiveness initiatives that enhance employee engagement, operating effectiveness, and organizational productivity. ● Lead major change initiatives. ● Plan and supports execution of employer branding events – planning, and coordination of activities with the TA team. ● Analyze staff skills gaps and plan to address them. ● Develop and apply job leveling and career paths within the company in collaboration with the compensation and benefits team. ● Perform performance management tasks.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, or an MBA graduate. ● More than 4 to 5 years of experience in recruitment ● Expert in different sourcing methods. ● Familiar with assessing methods (psychological tests, work samples, simulations). ● Expert in competency-based interviews. ● Knowledge of recruitment platforms. ● Full mastery of talent models and recruitment process. ● Fluent in job evaluation methods. ● Knowledge of OD. ● Strong decision-making and analyzing skills.
