Job Description

The job involves identifying, maintaining, and nurturing organizational talents to continually improve the succession process within the organization. The purpose of this job is to optimize the performance of talented people and train future leaders of the organization. List of responsibilities: - Identifying organizational talents and planning for their personal development and nurturing in the organization. - Developing and implementing plans for effective retention, promotion and succession of organizational talents. - Developing and monitoring talent management guidelines and regulations and evaluating their effectiveness. - Designing and implementing optimal talent management processes and models. - Designing and revising organizational competency models. - Identifying competency measurement models at different levels in order to design new and appropriate tools for assessing human resources competencies. - Implement the process of AC & DC for talented people in organization. - Oversee the implementation of talent management processes appropriate to each department. - Oversee the creation and deployment of Talent Management Systems (TMS). - Design and oversee the implementation of creative strategies to improve the quality of the talent pool. Reporting to: Human Resource Development Manager. Subordinates: Talent Management Specialists. Working hours: 7:30 to 16:20 or 8:30 to 17:20 (flexible) - Saturday to Wednesday. Travel requirements: Does not have. Benefits: Insurance, Bonus.

Requirements

- Military Service Must Be Done - Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of human resources management (5 years relevant experience in recruitment, talent and succession) - Mastery of competency models and assessment centers - Master the formulation of processes and models of talent management and succession planning. - Good experience in designing and implementing assessment centers - Ability to analyze and solve short and long-term problems within and outside the unit
