Job Description

•Training & Development: -Plan and prepare the Training Budget -Conducting all training courses (workshops & lectures) -Plan and implement all Training processes. (ISO 10015) -Search and find proper courses and institutes and registration -Record and update the personnel training profiles -Assessing the effectiveness of training courses •Performance Management: -Develop performance management system and performance management guidance for managers and line staff -Assisting the other internal teams with the implementation of HR project. (Succession Planning, Coaching) •Talent Acquisition: -Planning, preparation, conduct and following all new Employees orientations -Assisting the full-cycle recruiting processes

Requirements

-BA/MA in HR, Management, Training or related field -At least 3 years’ experience in related fields -Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel (Advanced) -Familiar with training standards specially ISO10015 -Fluent in English
