Job Description
- Partners with business leaders to determine staffing needs
- Proactively develops talent pipeline, seeking out talent, nurturing relationships, assessing talent for organizational 'fit' ahead of business demand to meet strategic talent goals
- Utilizing innovative tools to strengthen the hiring process to understand the potential in talent
- Screen candidates CVs and present to hiring managers for interview
- Conducting competency based interview and Analyzing Psychological custom test
- Advise business units on job postings, screening tools, interview instructions and questions
- Promote an excellent candidate experience including candidate notification, offer letters, background checks
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Track and monitor all hiring transactions in various employment databases
- Forecasting hiring needs and building pipelines for current and future opportunities
- Delivers outstanding customer and candidate experiences as an owner of the onsite interview to hiring process
- Plan and Supports execution of Employer Branding events – planning, coordination of activities with TA team
- Partnering with internal creative team to develop long and short form content to inspire and motivate our target audiences
- Analyze and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our candidates’ experience
-Analyze the market for best practices and new approaches to talent acquisition
- Analyze Recruitment and Employer branding data and share insights
- Ensures delivery against key TA metrics
