Job Description
- Evaluate and improve processes in all organization systems - Analyze and develop organizational processes - Identify process indicators - Identify and documenting organizational processes - Define business activities; distinguish operational customer-oriented processes from management and strategic processes - Audit processes based on organizational and ISO 9001 standard - Manage risks that can affect outputs of the processes and overall outcomes of the quality management system. - Determine following up corrective actions according to root cause analysis.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in related field - Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, MBA or Master Degree in System Management and Productivity Knowledge, Experience and Skills: - Ability to analyze and model processes - Intermediate knowledge in one of the Process reference models such as APQC - Quality Management System Implementation Experience - Experience of conducting and leading internal audits - Working Skills with Visio and Excel and - Intermediate knowledge in Power BI and BPMS General and behavioral abilities: - Effective negotiation and communication - Team working - System thinking - Problem solving - Intermediate English knowledge
