Job Description

● Managing distributor's performance according to identified KPIs and strategies. ● Continuous negotiation with distributors to improve their performance. ● Making contracts with distributors to have updated payment terms and conditions and on-time collections according to the credit model. ● Sales out segregation management and proposals among distributors. ● Controlling sales and stock data validation in operational systems and dashboards. ● Holding regular weekly and monthly supply and sales meetings with internal and external departments (as forecast meetings, production, weekly plan, etc.). ● Holding regular monthly meeting titled “target setting” with distributors to set monthly sales out targets according to weekly supply planning. ● Controlling and evaluating Commercial conditions (FOC, discounts, payment terms, or other per-case conditions) compliant with a budget. ● Distributors' daily stock management to have balanced stock and green band among distributors according to distributors' share and OTD KPI. ● Collaboration with sales, regulatory, finance, logistics, and CWH in all supply chain maps to make the product available on time in the market. ● Securing product availability in the market according to the FDA rules and regulations. ● Controlling provincial share and related alignment complaints with IFDA. ● Negotiating with FDA and CD Market access to proceed with distribution plans. ● Create alignment between distributors and FDA to provide distribution plan soon and in accordance with FDA plan and communicate with sales team. ● Negotiating with distributors for collection (account receivables). ● Controlling distribution plan tables received from distributors to have compliance with marketing provincial share and announcing them to regulatory for corresponding with FDA. ● Making reports for analyzing sales, deviations, issues, improvement areas and etc. ● Dealing with new distributors and running contract process. ● Controlling any complaint process related to distributors.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Commercial Management, or an MBA graduate. ● At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies. ● Fluency in English, written and spoken. ● Advanced level in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ● High negotiation ability. ● Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. ● BI knowledge would be an advantage.
