Job Description
- Facilitate strategic planning processes including design, planning, communication, execution (Action Planning), revision, monitoring, and strategic performance measurement. - Development & Implementation of EFQM. - Evaluating the performance of organizational units . - Audit Procedures and organization assessment based on Excellence Models. - Assist SBUs in setting goals & objectives, decision making, developing strategies and execution plans, leveraging competitive advantage, etc. - Collaborate with related stakeholders in order to develop or revise the business models and strategies. - Monitor market trends & competitors, conduct research, carry out business & strategic analysis, provide reports & scenarios, benchmark, collect & analyze data, build what-if scenarios, etc. - Propose best solutions for business problems and challenges at the strategic level.
Requirements
- At least M.A. in Industrial Engineering/ Management (strategic). - At least 4 years of experience in the field of strategic management/Organizational Excellence - Knowledge and experience in EFQM - Appropriate communication skills and team working abilities - Skillfulness in collecting and documenting - Optimizing enterprise processes and fluent in process modeling - Ability to solve problems - Ability to work in challenging environments - Ability to create and participate in work groups
