Job Description

List of responsibilities: • Assessing Vision and Mission • Reviewing MVV • Connect Mission to Programs • Identify, Discuss, and Prioritize Strategic Issues • Outcomes address strategic issues, are aligned with the mission, and meet needs • Organizing the Plan’s Structure • Developing Action Plans & initiatives • Integrating the Strategic Plan into Management and Operations • Monitoring the Plans & Strategy Map • Measure and Analyze KPIs

Requirements

• Has 7 years work experience relevant work experience • Mastery of general software like (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) and specialized software (Business Plan Pro) • Fluency in English (all four skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking) and the ability to communicate with reputable international companies • Verbal and written abilities (oral comprehension, strong articulation, written comprehension, written expression); Perceptual abilities (speed and flexibility in classification, perceptual speed); Quantitative abilities (focus, high accuracy and attention to detail while working) • Has strategic and economic thinking, creative and analytical • Has a bachelor's / master's degree in one of the fields of study of industrial engineering, industrial management, entrepreneurial management, executive management, MBA from reputable universities (understand the field of financial analysis, advantage Is considered). Objectives of the role: • Understand the field of information and communication technology (preferably the telecom industry and market) and knowledge of the value chain of telecommunication operators • Mastery of the concepts of strategy management, Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and sufficient knowledge of common models and tools in this field • Understand the performance evaluation and excellence models • Understand the basics and principles of business plan (Business Plan) and the ability to analyze similar businesses • Monitoring new products and services in the local and global market of the telecom industry in order to provide proposals for updating the company's product and service portfolio • Has the spirit of searching and researching in the international ecosystem of the telecom industry to update information; Carrying out strategic studies and the ability to perform the required optimization in the relevant field of work (Benchmarking) • Ability to prepare and arranged business plan management reports (Presentation) to present to stakeholders • Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's core business processes • Understand the field of risk management in business • Teamwork and the ability to interact with other stakeholders within the organization (financial, network and business areas) • Gender: male / Female • Age: between 25 and 35 years old
