Requirements

-BS degree or Plus in Engineering -Minimum 8 years of experience in EPCC Project Planning / Minimum 5 years’ experience in refinery, midstream or petrochemical industries -Knowledge of the principles of Project cost estimating, scheduling, scope control, and contract administration -Strong background in Oil & Gas /Petrochemical industry -Working knowledge of Performing Project variance analysis -Knowledge of Primavera P6 software -Knowledge of EPCC planning and project reporting -Ability to follow procedures and workflows in the execution of scope control -Ability to effectively present scope control information -Good communication and interpersonal skills -Experience working in a team environment of engineers/specialists -Demonstrable experience of Project scope integrity and changes -Problem solving skills -Work collaboratively with engineering managers and Owner and Subcontractors -Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities important -Proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills -Accurately analyzes Project scope situations and assists in developing contingencies for scope estimates -Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills -Ability to accurately interpret Project contractual documents and contract modifications and accounting -Knowledge and experience of core Project Management capabilities -Experience with MS Office products and Adobe PDF Pro -Sufficient English Writing& Reading -Ideal Age Range: 28 - 45
