Job Description

-Manage the selling process to customers, including pricing and contract negotiations -Searching for new clients -Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Managing and interpreting customer requirements. -Managing and interpreting customer requirements -Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs -Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions -Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors Checking out product pricing process for different products -Administering client accounts -It is the responsibility of the Senior sales supervisor to guide and motivate the sales team -To assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives. -Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. -Meeting regular sales targets -Checking out volume and type of orders -Checking out Selling process -Enhances staff accomplishments; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members -Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. -Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

-At least Bachelor's degree in Business administration or management -Over 5 years of experience out of which 3 years minimum in a similar role within FM CG Industry -Teamwork skills -Excellent interpersonal & communication skills -Initiative, Independent and well-organized character -Ability to build and maintain good business relationships quickly and professionally -Time management & problem solving -Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word-Excel-Access-Outlook-PowerPoint) and Internet -Ability to work under pressure -Energetic -Ability to build and maintain good business relationships quickly and professionally -Engaging sales style with an inclusive and collaborative mindset -Strong Leadership skills with a coaching mindset -Being honest, flexible, self-motivated, accurate, self-organized and fast-learner -Very strong data analytical experience with proven business case results -Fluency in English is advantage -Gender: Male -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 40
