Requirements

-B.S. /M.S. in Business/ Marketing/ MBA , DBA or any other related fields -Minimum 5 years’ experiences in related field -Ability to plan for sale targets and the strategy to achieve -Ability to train and guide the employees to improve their sales, communication and negotiation skills -Ability to manage the sales team to achieve the targets -Ability to find the problems of selling cycle and be able to resolve it -Strong communication, sales, presentation, management and leadership skills -Goal-oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure -Knowledge of current marketing trends -Team working experience and abilities -Patient, diligent and innovative -Ability to do simultaneous tasks and under pressure -Expert in Microsoft Office -Problem solving skills
