Job Description

Senior Sales Expert is in charge for identifying, prioritizing, and making the most out of sales opportunities, and maintaining customers. They report to sales managers and will be responsive to determined seasonal targets and maintaining current customers (accounts) which are allocated to them. Their target markets are governmental organizations, banks insurance companies and large corporations, and their performance criteria are as below: - Number and volume of concluded contacts in a season - Number of satisfied customers who have extended their contract Senior Sales Expert will work with technical support teams, establishment and delivery departments, financial and contracts departments and general management office, therefore team-work is a must-have ability for this position. Provided the candidate was accepted after job interviews, their career will start with a one month training period and another one month apprenticeship. Senior Sales Expert responsibility against customer: - Finding new customers and opportunities in determined target markets - Convincing and attracting customers for taking advantage of SHOOKA products - Concluding contracts with customers inside and in proportion to corporation’s framework - Maintaining customers’ satisfaction - Making sure SHOOKA’s services are efficient in customer’s organization - Augmentation of customers’ use of SHOOKA services - Extension of current contracts - Constant communication with customer and performing periodic visits - Resolving issues and problems happened for customers Senior Sales Expert is in charge for studying all customer consumption reports daily and discussing each customer’s consumption report with sales manager, and take necessary actions in order to maintain and enhance customer’s satisfaction and extend contracts. Senior Sales Expert duties against customer: - Customer identification - Acquisition of initial information from customers - Making initial contacts scheduling meetings - Demonstration and presentation - Presenting technical and financial recommendations - Negotiation and concluding contracts
