Job Description

In Digikala we have different verticals and business units, each has many different unsolved questions requiring tailor-made solutions based on their dynamics. We need a creative data-driven mind in commercial strategy and the Insight team to work in a dynamic environment, not only to provide us with analytical solutions but also to address problems and work on them to help the team to optimize their performance. This position requires excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and strong presentation skills. A sales data analyst is responsible for planning, defining, and monitoring business KPIs, exploring data for interesting insights, etc. Responsibilities ● Analyze the quality of attracted sellers with defined relevant KPIs. ● Categorize sellers in different segments and monitor their performance. ● Check the usability of platforms for sellers and suggest how to improve them by analyzing the data. ● Analyze the business operation in terms of cost and income. ● Benchmark best practices and monitor competitors’ activities. ● Provide reports and presentations based on occasions.

Requirements

● 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles. ● Strong communication and presentation skills. ● Very strong numerical and analytical skills - translate commercial initiatives into quantifiable measurable performance. ● Ability to think critically and creatively. ● Demonstrated project management skills. ● Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. ● Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines. ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. ● Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. ● Knowledge of the e-commerce industry is preferred.
