Job Description

- Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur - Performing a risk assessment including global risks, financial, legal, strategic, tendering and operational risks. - Studying on all aspects of Tenders before tendering and starting a new Project and Reviewing any new major contracts or internal business proposals - Timely carry out Risk management to relevant principals for the risks invisible in the Tenders - Performing a risk evaluation: Evaluating the company’s previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements - Establishing the level of risk the company are willing to take and developing of contingency plans - Preparing risk management and insurance budgets - Risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience. (Creating awareness on the board of directors about the most significant risks to the business) -Providing summarized reports on the abnormal points in related applications timely and compose risk assessment Suggestions - Explaining the external risk posed by corporate governance to stakeholders - Conducting and supporting Risk Management committee of the Business unit - Creating business continuity plans to limit risks - Implementing health and safety measures, and purchasing insurance, regarding related risks. - Conducting policy and compliance audits, which will include liaising with internal and external auditors - Maintaining records of insurance policies and claims - Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company

Requirements

• BS./BA. In Risk Management, Industrial Engineering, Management or Business Studies, Statistics • 5 years of experience in related field Knowledge and skill: - Commercial awareness - Numerical skills - Planning and organizational skills - Ability to understand broader business issues - Communication and presentation skills - Vast knowledge of risk assessment trends and theories Behavioral qualities: - Analytical - Detail oriented - Passion to learn - Tolerance of ambiguity
