Job Description

● Researching and developing new formula/products and applying innovative methods to improve existing products. ● Taking an active involvement in reviewing & analyzing the performance of current/new products or processes whilst actively seeking solutions to optimize/improve current/new products or processes. ● Arranging the testing of products to ensure that they meet quality standards. ● Selecting raw materials and other ingredients from suppliers. ● Coordinating the projects at the laboratory and pilot plant levels. ● Interaction with other departments such as QC, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing as a part of the product development process. ● Delivery of products to marketing and tracking of market test results.

Requirements

● Master's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering or related fields. ● At least 5 years’ experience in R&D within the food/beverage industry with a good understanding of product development steps. ● Excellent time management with the ability to work independently. ● Good knowledge of food quality systems such as GMP, HACCP and ISO22000 standards. ● Language Skills: Advanced English language proficiency. ● Age: 30 – 40.
