Job Description

• Managing full life-cycle recruitment including; effective sourcing strategies and research methods to proactively develop talent pipelines in anticipation for business need, pre-screening, phone interviews with candidates, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring processes. • Creating a comprehensive plan for establishing and nurturing talent pipelines in alignment with business needs. • Tracking critical recruitment data, producing regular metrics and reporting the recruiting activities. • Implementation and facilitation of employer branding projects. • Represent the company at recruiting events such as job fairs, presentations and a variety of other industry events. • Ensure 100 % data accuracy of our recruitment database.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in HR, Management or any other relevant fields. • +2 years of recruiting experience as a full-cycle recruiter within a high growth environment. • Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. • Ability to demonstrate agility, effectively cope with ambiguous scenarios, work in a self-directed environment, and grasp concepts quickly in response to new assignments. • Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand business functions. • Good communication written and oral in English and interpersonal skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
