Job Description

- Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs. - Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. - Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. - Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales. - Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts, and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information. - Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate methods and techniques for selecting, promoting, compensating, evaluating, and training personnel. - Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. - Experience in HR project management - Enough knowledge in Human Resources planning & strategies. - Leads and coordinates planning and budgeting process for Corporate Human Resources function - Coordinates monthly, quarterly and annual HR reporting - Analyzes internal and external compensation practices and trends, identifying issues and recommending action to ensure that compensation practices are competitive. - Work collaboratively with HRIS to provide the flawless delivery of compensation planning - Utilize and learn a variety of reporting tools and software; develop queries to generate reports and/or gather data from multiple sources

Requirements

- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Power Point. - Experience with HRIS Reporting Systems. - At least 4 years practical and relevant experience in HR field. - Dominant in interview techniques and analyzing psychological tests. - Familiar with competency models and performance management models. - Maximum Age: 35 - We would like to invite talented candidates, graduated from well-known universities to join us.
