Job Description
We are looking for a senior recruiter to join the Sheypoor human resources department. She or he is responsible for handling all hiring processes including identifying a job vacancy, sourcing through different channels, planning interviews and selection, onboarding activities, and participating in hiring events.
Responsibilities:
● Manage recruitment and selection process both internal and external.
● Assist in creating a job description.
● Maintain candidate database.
● Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job websites, LinkedIn, etc.
● Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
● Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
● Follow up on the interview process status.
● Design and send rejection/offer letter.
● Keep the database updated.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to execute an effective hiring process.
● Create an analytical report on recruitment to improve the process.
