Job Description

• Aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units and Conducting workforce planning at the managerial position to identify the requirement of today and tomorrow of business • Sourcing candidates for managerial/ Supervision job Vacancies and building a talent pool. • Attending a different kind of interview and assessment for new candidates at a managerial/ Supervision position. • Diagnose and deliver full talent interventions (quality, diversity, and depth) against business needs • Leverages internal and external best practice to ensure the competitiveness of the recruitment strategy • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team • Effective collaboration with headhunters • Directly reporting to the HR manager and also working with CEO and COO

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a recruiter responsible. At least 3 years of recruiting experience, especially for managerial positions • Broad awareness and empathy for the Talent management • experience resolving complex employee relations issues • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience • Knowledge of Microsoft office especially MS Excel • Presentation & Interpersonal Skills • Strong communication skills and excellent Negotiation skills • Enjoy working with people
