Job Description

This position will assist in developing new products. The applicant must have a spirit of hard work and patience to achieve the goals of the R&D department, she/he also needs to be motivated to solve a technical challenge. Responsibilities: ● Work on the new idea of shampoo, body wash, detergent, and home care products. ● Work with the R&D team to develop and improve formulations for various detergents and body wash generate, new formulations, formulation changes, process, or analytical methods. ● Develop sources and new/existing raw materials for cost analysis and feasibility of formulation. ● Collect, write and review technical documents and record, maintain and report scientific data. ● Prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, or tests. ● Maintain laboratory instruments to ensure the proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed. ● Conduct development and laboratory analysis such as product testing and stability studies, and all raw materials quality control tests, and prepare test solutions, compounds, or reagents for the laboratory. ● Work with the laboratory instruments and their application (e.g. HPLC, GC, GC/MS, IR, UV-Vis, etc.) in the characterization of chemical raw materials, products, essential oil, herbal extracts, and reactions. ● Respond positively and effectively to rapidly changing priorities and departmental needs.
