Job Description

This position will assist in developing new products. The applicant must have a spirit of hard work and patience to achieve the goals of our department, she/he also needs to be motivated to solve a technical challenge. ● Work on the new idea of personal care products. ● Work with the team to develop and improve formulations, new formulations, and process, or analytical methods. ● Develop sources and new/existing raw materials for cost analysis and feasibility of formulation. ● Collect, write and review technical documents and record, maintain and report scientific data. ● Prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, or tests. ● Maintain laboratory instruments to ensure the proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed. ● Conduct development and laboratory analysis such as product testing and stability studies, and all raw materials quality control tests, and prepare test solutions, compounds, or reagents for the laboratory.
