Requirements

Education: ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering. Experience: ● Minimum 5 years of related experience Knowledge and Skills. Knowledge and skills: ● Fully familiar with Surface equipment (pipe/fitting/pump/valve/…) manufacturing process and related standards. ● Fully familiar with Drilling equipment (casing/tubing/wellhead/liner hanger/completion,) manufacturing process, and related standards. ● Fully familiar with surface equipment installation inspection and tests at the construction phase of EPD projects. ● Fully familiar with the Quality Control system of manufacturing and installation. ● Fully familiar with the third-party inspection process. ● Fully familiar with ITP and inspection reports. ● Fully familiar with NDT processes (UT/PT/MT/RT/RTI). ● Familiar with welding processes and tests. ● Familiar with material properties and tests. ● Fully familiar with RIG Inspection based on relevant API Standards. ● Fully familiar with Drill String inspection based on DS-1/NS-2/ RP 7G. ● Familiar with the invoicing system (IFS) to put subcontractor's invoice in the database. ● Experienced in the upstream Oil and Gas industry especially in the drilling project. ● Fluent in English. Behavioral qualities: ● Planning, organizational, and time management skills are preferred. ● Excellent documentation skills. ● Fundamental conceptual thinking skills.
