Job Description
-Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff
-Develop business process models using recognized methods and standards or Business Process Management
-Support activities including witnessing, handling, receiving inspection, performing or monitoring inspections and tests, reviewing documentation, and coordinating and participating in problem and failure reporting/resolution.
-Understand and document the processes of the organization
-Benchmark organization's processes against quality system standards and best practices and report opportunities for improvement
-Ensure the maintenance of established quality standards through continuous evaluation and reporting of employee and process performance
